In the 80's we started giving away nachos and salsas, starting a trend that took hold in virtually every Mexican restaurant. Since then, year after year our salsas have won many California quality awards. For us our Mexican salsas are a fundamental part of the experience of eating at our Restaurant.
We have perfected our salsas recipes and processes, achieving flavor, appearance and consistency that makes our clients indulge on them, and actually bring some home.
